ISA Karnataka regrets to inform the sad demise of Dr. TA Koshy on 22-10-2021. Dr. TA Koshy was the former HOD of Anaesthesia, and 1^st Year Batch Student of MBBS, KMC.

ISA Karnataka regrets to inform the sad demise of Madam Sheela Sheshagiri on 11-03-2021. Dr. Sheela Sheshagiri was the former HOD of Anaesthesia at Ballari and Mysore Medical College. She was a wonderful human being, an eminent teacher and contributed immensely to ISA Karnataka. Condolences to her family and friends.

ISA Karnataka offers condolences to the family and prayers to the Almighty to grant sadgati to the soul of Dr. Shivanand DMG, former Professor and Head at the Departments of Anaesthesia at JJMMC and SSIMS & R, Davangere who departed us on 18-02-2021

Prof. Dr. Radha, who had served in various capacities in the Department of Anaesthesia, MMCRI and AIMS, Bellur passed away on 13^th August 2020. She was a great teacher, was known for her humane nature and compassion towards patients and students.

ISA Karnataka deeply mourns the untimely demise of Dr. Suraj Srinivas Prasad (ISA no- P1541), Chief Anaesthesiologist, Rainbow Children's Hospital, Marathahalli, Bengaluru on 01-06-2018 and pray to Almighty to grant Sadgati to the departed soul and strength to his family to bear this huge loss.

It is with profound grief that we share the news of the untimely demise of our Past President (2016) Dr Prakashappa DS, Professor and Head, Department of Anaesthesiology, SN Medical College, Bagalkot.

Dr Prakashappa was born on 30-01-1950. He completed his MBBS in 1977, DA in 1980 and MD in 1993 all from JJM Medical College, Davanagere. He has served as a clinician and a teacher at JNMC, Belgavi and SNMC, Bagalkot with distinction and dedication.

He organised the ISACON Karnataka 2015 at Bagalkot which was well appreciated by all attendees. He left for the heavenly abode on 26-04-2018. ISA Karnataka offers deepest condolences to the grieving family and prays to Almighty to grant Sadgati to the departed soul. Om Shanti!
